The arrival of the questions was manipulative. It was like they didn't know what they were looking for. It was as if I had been interviewed not by a team with engineering field that they are looking experience, but by a team that did not know their goals in general.

Question 1
Would you do the non-engineering field that they are looking development work as well? Like writing a back-end or continuing a project that wasn't developed with engineering field that they are looking.
I applied in-person. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Swisscom (Bern) in May 2018
Interview
1. 45 min phone interview with the manager
2. 2 hours technical phone interview
3. Half day on site technical interview
After being able to pass the interview on site I recover a call from the manager saying that my skills, without any doubt are very good, but they understood that does not match their needs.
To be able to understand if the candidate skillet is relevant for your position you should waste the candidate's time until the on-site interview?!?
Neither lunch or travel expenses was reimbursed by Swisscom. Simply ridiculous.
