Interview
The first interview was with 2 of the division supervisors and the HR director. They asked typical interview questions to learn more about my personal life, educational background, experience, etc. I was then scheduled for a second interview with the position's supervisor along with a current billing associate. That interview was shorter and went into more detail about the position and how I would be able to handle the work. Throughout the entire process, they responded very quickly and made the interview very comfortable.

There was a three step interview process and a ethical quiz before my final interview. We went over my experience and I was asked multiple questions about my personal experience relative to the field. It was a bit challenging but I enjoyed the feedback I received from management.

Met with the HR director, lead of sales, lead of billing, lead of software engineering, and lead marketing associate. I met with all of these individuals in a panel of 3 or more where I was asked questions based on my interview, thoughts of the company, and experience.
