Syapse interview questions

Initial interview with recruiter followed by a coding test and individual interviews with 5-6 team members. The coding test aimed to evaluate skills with R, and the interviews with team members seemed to focus on personality and past experience + there was some discussion of statistical experience. A relative long process given the quantity of interviews, but all of my experiences with the team were a positive experience.

There are several steps in the interview process and one I really appreciate is the team interview. It gives you a chance to meet and talk to people in the department that may become coworkers. They get to give feedback and input as to who should get hired.
