Set up call with recruiter the day after I applied for job. Recruiter was 20+ minutes calling me. Phone interview lasted about 45 mins. Interviewer promised to contact me within about 3 business days. Never heard from him. I followed up with 2 phone calls and 2 emails - no response. Ghosted. Crappy way to do business.
