The company itself has recruiters, but they just serve for bothering people on LinkedIn by spamming them with tons of messages. I was convinced that the interview will take just an hour from my time, but it turned out to be >2.5 hours.
The number of interviews I had:
1. Firstly had HR interview with actual employees asking me basic template questions.
2. It has followed by technical interview. The interview was awful, as no respect has been shown toward me at all. Arrogance level was very high, felt like a god while talking to me. In general the technical question had really no relation to QA, it was more like a coffee talk.
3. After the technical one, I had a quick English level checkup with an English teacher (officially an employee in the company).
At the end, the girl that contacted me on LinkedIn told me that they will get back to me within a week. But guess what happened! Few days later I got a call from the company, they've asked me to come once again because their manager wants to see me (... like I've applied for a model position and need to be beautiful). Never mind I said to myself okay, it might be some discussion for the project that they are planning me - so went there. Actually turned out they wanted to double check me, and once again I was put on interrogation.
Again they told me you gonna be reached out within a week. I gave them 4 weeks and since there was no response I wrote to them like "People what's going on, are there any news?". Suddenly just got a template email "You have been not selected bla bla".
Alright boyz, this is not like the IT companies should work. Let me get this straight - you do whatever I ask for, then I choose if I want to work with you or not, okay?
