The initial HR interview was one of the best of have been on. The interviewer was clear and understood the company structure and business. The process was also clearly defined.

Horribly disorganized process! I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an initial interview which I did. Then later the same day I was contacted by a different recruiter about the same role. I told him I already had a call scheduled with X person, to which he replied "she is no longer with us. I will be handling your interview, please schedule with me" So I thought this original person was let go, and I scheduled with the 2nd recruiter. Then a few days later I get an email from the 1st person wondering why I missed our call and would I like to re-schedule... WHAT?! Then I completed the call with the 2nd recruiter and he had no idea what he was talking about. He told me the salary was $80,000 when it was actually listed for $110,000. When I corrected him, "oh yes, you're right. I was looking at something else." He was not able to provide any details about the role, etc. and asked me exactly 3 questions about myself. He told me he had only been at the company 2 weeks. So apparently they allow new, unprepared and untrained people to talk to candidates *face palm* Since he was completely unprepared, he said he would call me back "Thursday or Friday", I never heard from him again. I sent a follow-up email and no response. Terrible experience! Beware!
