I have been recently being interviewed by them. Seemed to be a decent company with cool office space.I have extensive automation experience and work for a top tier Silicon Valley firm, have spent close to 6-7 years testing distributed systems. Have developed automation framework from zero, but got rejected by them with their HR calling me and explaining that I dont have sufficient automation experience. I could not react. She said they need selenium experience but their job profile has no mention of that, seems to be funny. You should give better reasons for rejection. Their senior engineer mentioned me in the interview that he is impressed with my experience in complex distributed system. 2 plus 2 does not make 4 here, seems some disconnect.
