Synaptic Advisors interview questions

Submitted resume on LinkedIn, spoke to recruiter a few days later. The recruiter was very excited about me as a candidate and my background but said the hiring manager was going on PTO so she needed to coordinate the next interview. A week went by and I assumed they found another candidate. Then she emailed stating as much. Was disappointing to be told there would be an interview and then there was not.

Pretty straight forward interview process. After the first round with HR to determine if a cultural fit, I then met with sales leadership. Basic questions around proven track record and career goals. Then a demonstration of the software to determine ability and technique.
