They called and had phone interview, followed by in person. Very aggressive and lengthy process.
Overall it was not so difficult. It took longer after interview to close, they had few 1:1 and HR discussions

Interview
I was called by a search firm agency. The agency arranged an interview after I submitted CV.
Interview took 1 1/2 hour with a hiring manager. Another hour with a region manager.
Questions are related with my overall career and understanding levels of technology depth, customer oriented attitude, and situation challenges.
Waiting for another round of interview in next week.
