Recruiter called me initially and had an initial talk about how I fit with the company and that particular job. Then a few phone interviews were setup the following week. Then a week after that there were 2 on-site interviews with about 3-4 people. The onsite interviews include lunch interview with the hiring manager. The on-site interviews were mainly focused on experience and job skill match. Asked a lot of job related experience, not much of text book type of testing. Basically there were a couple of phone interviews with first recruiter, then HR, then onsite interview with the team; asks mostly about job experience and what skills you can offer as well as personality. Everyone I interviewed with are very friendly and very supportive.
