Synectics interview questions

First I had an initial screening interview, followed by an online assignment with some coding tasks and broader questions. Finally had an interview in person interview which discussed my CV, experience, and asked some further coding questions.

Unprofessional and at times uncomfortable. Clear problems between management that were apparent in the interview. No HR department allowed this to go on. Management had no clear description of job duties, very vague and did not have a process of work flow.
