I interviewed at Synerfac Technical Staffing (High Point, NC)
Interview
Lengthy interview process to then bring you on and give you no guidance on your position. 4 interviews in 2 weeks to meet with several department heads just to be a junior recruiter. Overkill.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Synerfac Technical Staffing (Baltimore, MD) in July 2025
Interview
1. Initial phone interview.
2. Online test
3 In person interview.
I only made it through the first round of I person interviews however there would’ve been at least one more interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Synerfac Technical Staffing (Wilmington, DE) in Sept 2024
Interview
I applied for the recruiter position in Delaware and had a first-round interview on a Wednesday. I made it through the first round, and they wanted me to do an exam that was like 150 questions before my second round that was scheduled for the following Tuesday at 1 p.m. I did the exam on Thursday and submitted and didn't hear anything back. I reached out that Friday to see if they received my exam and didn't get a response. I then sent another follow-up the day before my second round interview and finally got a response. She thanked me for taking the exam, but unfortunately they will be putting a freeze on hiring at the moment. That was a little confusing because during the interview she said "they were expanding their team and wanted to add on multiple recruiters this month." They also asked me "how soon I could start because they were looking to have people start within three weeks" I'm also like, if I didn't reach out, were they even going to tell me that my interview on Tuesday wasn't happening?? They ended up taking the job posting down off LinkedIn and then ended up putting it back up two weeks later. I'm assuming it's a ghost position, so don't even bother applying for it. They wasted my time and my hopes up on getting a job. Very unprofessional. The job market is hard enough, so stop wasting people's time!!!!!!
