I first received a phone call from the Talent Acquisition Manager, which was like a phone screening. She was very upbeat and pleasant. Once we were wrapping up our call she asked me to come in for a one on one interview. When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by the front desk. She asked me to sign in and then asked if I would like anything to drink or a snack while I was waiting. The talent acquisition manager came and introduced herself and escorted me to a conference room. We spoke for about forty-five minutes about my previous employers, work history, my values, the company's values amongst other things. Once we were finished she walked me out and told me that the next step would be a panel interview that she would call me with available times and dates once she received feedback from department managers of their availability. When I returned for the panel interview she greeted me once again and told me that there was going to be five people in the panel interview. I was a little intimidated thinking it was going to be like a firing squad but, to my surprise it was nothing like that. Each person took their turn asking me a question and then gave me the opportunity to ask them questions as well. After my panel interview and references were all verified I received a call stating they would like to offer me the position and that they would be sending an official offer letter vial email. Now I am happy as ever to be working for such an amazing company!
