It is a silly organization and moreover top level management is a big show off. I have 10 years of recruitment experience and was supposed to meet the top level executive. In the interview, he started bragging about his organization and he would make sure to let you down. He will be sarcastic with you. Com'on , please understand it's after your teams screening and coming down to your organization thrice, you realize that the candidate is out of budget. If you don't like the candidature, that's fine even though your practice heads meets him, take multiple rounds on different days, shortlist him, gather all information and finally when you meet, candidature is dropped or you offer 25 % less than the current. That's hilarious. If this all drama is only for market research purpose, please value the candidate's time and efforts. Don't make mockery of yourself and your organization.
