There are multiple "Synergy Financial" groups. It is difficult to tell whether this is the correct one since they keep changing their logo. Where is the address info? I do not see it displayed.

Interview
Start off by asking you about yourself, your story. Then ask about your goals and what's important to you. Ask you about your income. Then start talking about their business model of helping middle america and lower incomes. They didn't disclose that this was 1099, commission only. I was talked down to about my current firm, role, and compensation saying my salary wasn't as good as 1099, commission only opporunity with no benefits like medical, dental, 401k match, vacation. I ended the interview there. I have had been interviews with more transparency, honesty, and opportunities.
