Synergy Group interview questions

Seemed like nice people. Interview process was very weird. Business team wasn't communicating with recruitment and recruitment rep was unresponsive. Got to offer stage then told they didn't want me to sit on the bench. Very disconnected process made me think about the quality of their work and accountability. Lucky I accepted another role.
