I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Synergy Staffing (Denver, CO) in June 2019
Interview
The internal staff at the interview were very pleasant and helpful. Upon meeting with the CEO, Paschal Duru, I was alarmed at the confusion and unpreparedness he showcased during our meeting. He had no detailed/specific knowledge of the open position, his answers were vague, the conversation was not helpful nor informative to a potential new hire. Instructions to get the the interview were misleading, but I looked past that. Then upon ending the meeting I asked for a parking validation, they could not provide me with one. I have NEVER been on an interview that I had to pay parking for, if this was his standard practice then simply inform people before arriving. His follow-up to the job was vague and the offer he made or follow-up method of his team (which I am sure he advised) was less that sufficiently professional. For a company in the medical/professional staffing industry I was highly unimpressed.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Synergy Staffing (Baltimore, MD) in May 2015
Interview
I was moving from Maryland to Colorado so I first had a phone interview with the owner/hiring manager which lasted 30-45 minutes. Next was a skype interview for another 40 minutes with the owner. After about a week after the skype interview, the owner gave me a call and offered me the position and asked how early I could move out to Colorado and start. Very easy process and simple. Owner is very down to earth.
