I applied online. I interviewed at Syngenta (Bracknell, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
3 step process. Call with HR, technical interview for 45 mins and then full day sit visit. Very intense on-site visit. Split into 3 main parts. 30 minute presentation/questions with audience in the room and over zoom. Behavioural interview and a further technical interview. In the technical it felt like the team were enjoying asking difficult questions from outside the area of expertise for the role. Was made to feel uncomfortable and was totally exhausted by the end of the day.
