two stage interview, first a telephone interview which is then followed by a face to face composed of a technical interview and behavioural interview and a discussion with the employee over lunch

I has a Zoom interview first with 2 people and then the face-to-face one in their company. People were very friendly and helpful during the interview. We had a lab tour and lunch together. We has the opportunity to see the campus and discuss with the current employees.
