Introductory phone call for interest in position/behavioral. The position was unlisted and they were interviewing applicants based on resumes. Went well but ghosted, there were probably better applicants for the role but would've appreciated some communication

The Hr is very warmhearted, I was asked to prepare a slides for the technical interview, and the manager asked me some questions about API and python and DevOps. During the meeting with the manager, we change to telephone meeting due to the unstable Internet connection on Teams. The interview is complet and in a good pace. The manager preffer hiring a beginner for more couching.

The difference between modular and package？Versioning? Solid principles?
Everything was on the topic, All the interviewers were helpful and it was clear they were there to understand my skills. The let me take my time and think on the technical problems, so I felt pretty 'at home' with them. Later when I had already accepted the offer, they were a great team and helped me learn from all the basics.

Technical problem to solve, and it was fully on the topic of the job and very logical. Even helped get to the answer!
Applied through job posting on website, you have tu submit your resume in english. After this an interview is scheduled to get to know you better, and also some brief technical questions were answered. After this another interview is scheduled with the team that you will be placed in
