The process was smooth Total 4 round happened starting from call interview then 2 technical round In the first technical round 1 code (Ds Algo) based and rest is from java , spring boot, quant then in the 2nd round of technical is totally Ds Algorithm based code through the leet code link, there was 2 questions I solved that too medium level ds algo coding then they question from the java and the frame work related questions interview ended in 1 + hour . Final round was Hr where we discussed about the salary and bonus within 1 hour i got the offer letter.

Interview took 1 week. First round 2 coding questions 60 MCQ in java and spring boot related. Second round happened for almost 2 hours . She asked three coding questions and questions in core java ,Spring boot, Microservices architecture. Upon clearing the two rounds i have received offer letter . There. were no salary discussion round and they dropped offer letter directly with a fair pay. I have waited to join their company for two months but just 15 days prior to joining date they sent me the mail that they gonna postponed my joining for the next 3 months . And two days after one more mail saying that i can join on the same date which they mentioned in offer letter but i have to report in their main office which is 2,200 kms away from my home town where i have been interviewed for Bangalore location which is 160km away from my home town. They haven't agree to wrk from Bangalore. And they have mentioned in their offer letter that i have to inform them 30 days prior to the joining date if i'm not going to join their company otherwise i have to pay 8% of the CTC they have offered as dept. This is the worst experience i have ever experienced. If you don't have any open position in specific branch why you are conducting interviews and wasting the people time . On that time i had only 10 days left in my current employer and i had no other offer in my hand as i trusted this company i haven't even appeared for any other companies. In the span of 10 days i could able to crack an interview of one good product based company where they have offered 120% more compensation than my current pay where synoriq offered not even 50% more than my current pay. One advice for the people whoever reading this is don't be settled with one company offer , Just appear for more and hold as many offers you can .Overall this is the worst experience i have ever had.If they are doing this before you join means they can do anything after you join their company.So think twice before you get into this company.
