Interview process began with a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview at the Syntegon office in Atlanta. Interview scheduling and flow was logical. Phone screen was ~20 minutes and in-person interview was ~90 minutes.

Interview
Group interview with several members of mid to senior leadership, and some others who were present remotely. It was great to interact with each person and ask their backgrounds and talk technology and business decisions, growth and where the company could be in another 5 years. Everyone was very genuine and relaxed. They are great at breaking the ice before getting to the challenge questions.
