Syrac Inspirations interview questions

The job advert seemed a little unclear but it was all explained at the interview. This consisted of a short phone call in which they asked me for three qualities that I thought were important to the role (I think), then a face to face interview with the manager which was more of a 'get to know you', and then I went in for an observation day on which I started at 8.30, went out to an event with a leader and entry level employee and saw them work for the day whilst also being set written tasks throughout. At the end of the day we went back to the office for a quiz and final interview with the manager and I was offered the job there and then.

Invited for an interview for sales and recruitment consultant. Asked prior to interview if this was a field sales role, answering this was avoided. Seen an hour late for interview and I found out that the role had absolutely no recruitment responsibilities, but was indeed field sales. Waste of time.
