SysAid Customer Success Manager (CSM) interview questions

The interview process was chaotic and weird from the very beginning. The person I had the interview with, was not very attentive towards the whole interview. It didn't even listen to what I was saying at the first part of our interview. No questions were asked from their side. It felt like they want to rush the interview. This is one of the worst interview I had during the past 2 years. Now I understand why all the Glassdoor reviews about this company makes sense.
