Communication between the individual setting up date & time for the interview. Date/Time I was given was never communicated to the individuals I was to be interviewing. I had to wait over 3 hours.

A general lack of preparedness made lack of flow to the questions difficult.
Awaiting 2nd interview with Senior Safety Manager. 1st interview was with HR and seemed to go well. Basic questions affiliated with that of what may be required of a Safety Manager
