      Sourcing Analyst Interview

      18 Nov 2014
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sysco

      Interview

I was invited to a recruiting event the day before it was scheduled. There i had a group interview with a manager and 2 senior analysts. They asked behavioral and experience based questions. Following the recruiting event I was invited to take 2 assessment tests 1 for excel and 1 for logic (although I think the logic 1 was given to me in error). After taking those I had a phone interview with another hiring manager for the same position.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I don't feel that any of the questions were difficult or unexpected.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sysco (Houston, TX) in Mar 2017

      Interview

It starts with initial HR phone screening when you apply online or an employee refers you. The face to face interview process has 2 parts and is very cumbersome. You interview with 4-5 different people and lasts for about 2 hours

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. They will give you a business case and ask you to analyze and present your findings to a panel 2. They ask a lot of STAR format questions for which you need to provide a scenario and action you took to get the specified results. (just google star format questions)
