Phone, online, digital, and face to face interview. Applied for one position and it was suggested I apply for Driver Helper based on experience. The recruiters are great, helpful, and friendly. The entire process was pleasant until the face to face interview. It was emphasized multiple times that the job was physical, I truly felt that my gender and appearance ruled me out immediately.
