I applied through university. I interviewed at Sysco (Winnipeg, MB) in Apr 2021
Interview
Straight forward and easy to understand. Mostly behavioral questions. No experience really required just apply yourself. The hiring manager and the junior manager both hopped on the call. Make sure on virtual interviews to get questions in a timely manner. Don't hesitate to restate the question to get a better idea of what you want your answer to them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had a conflict in the workplace and how you resolved it.
Process was good had a pleasant conversation which was 20 minutes long the interviewer was warm and empathetic. She asked me a few questions like tell me about yourself? Why Sysco ? And I got the result in a few days
The interview wasn't as intense as initially thought to be. It was an overall great interview and I truly have no complaints about it. The hiring Manager was a great interviewer as well.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Sysco (Los Angeles, CA) in July 2024
Interview
Structured interview with two Account Executives in the LA area. Non-intimidating but the questions required thought and preparation. Previous point of contact was a 30 minute informal interview over the phone, there would have been a follow up interview after this one.
