I was told I was moving to the final interview round at Sysco, but poor communication and lack of flexibility from the recruiter led to the process falling apart. Despite being clear about my working hours and preferred contact methods, follow-ups were delayed or ignored, and I was ultimately dismissed without a chance to schedule the final interview. Disappointing experience that didn’t respect my time or interest in the role.
