Sysco Sales Management interview questions

Applied online. They reached out on email to set up initial screening. From them did phone calls with an ops person, other sales manager and then hiring manager, all within 2 weeks. No face to face, all phone. Hiring manager was a bit brief, not a lot of questions. Very odd to not have a face to face and only talk to 3 people, especially for large public company. Pretty sure I was a check mark to validate an internal candidate.
