I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at System Pavers (Denver, CO) in Nov 2014
Interview
The Interview process was very informal. They asked a lot of questiions about work history and relevent experience. But it was more about philosophy than construction knowledge. You get the feeling they were looking more for a person than that person's skill set.
