Interviewed for the Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer position. The candidate experience I received was pretty poor. Recruiter rescheduled 15mins before interview for another day, then again on the day to be pushed 30mins. As for the recruiter screening, I thought it went well. We had good conversation going. After the screening, I informed her that I was going on vacation for a few days then moving out west so I would be online within 11 days but available during that if needed. She informed me that we wouldn't interrupt my vacation and would let me know if I made it to the manager interview. I moved out west and never heard if I was going onto the next round so I emailed the recruiter to follow up. I get a OOO email stating they're away for almost 2 months, and to contact the two individuals in HR in the email if any questions. So I emailed the two to follow up on my application. One email bounced back saying The email account that you tried to reach is disabled. Never heard back from the other director in HR but I think I dodged a bullet here. Too many red flags now.
