Systematics Information Systems - Student Position interview questions

on my first interview, first I took a psychotechnical test that took me a hour and a half, and after that I had an interview where i was asked to give 2 people who are recommends of mine. After they talk with my recommends and based on my interview and psychotechnical test I moved on to a second and third interview with the Director of Finance and the CEO.
