T-A Square interview questions

Director and associate introduce themselves, and let me introduce myself, asking technical questions, asking five years career plan, and then they Introduce company’s profile and expertise. Finally asking the expected salary, and that’s the end of interview.

Applied and got a call back for interview in two weeks. Interview got rescheduled twice (red flag). Interview went ok, the director told me to come in to the office for an unpaid Revit trial to test my Revit ability. The task was to design a project they completed to see my conceptual thinking. I finished in three days and they asked me to continue working on the documentation (red flag) - ended up spending another two days to finish the whole concept and doc package. Took them another two weeks to get back to me.
