I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at T.K. Maxx (London, England) in Sept 2015
Interview
Used to be easy now it is hard involves a test on basic customer service. Very quick. Quite a long interview. Split into 2 parts sometimes 3. Friendly. Makes you feel comfortable. Very informative. Professional. Open to opportunity.
Standard interview questions (past experience, what you're currently up to, availability) and a brief chat to get to know your character. Relaxed environment, one on one chat. They asked me questions based on my CV, e.g. what my previous roles were like and how I think it relates to TK Maxx.
