Interview
2 round interview, first is a written test - testing your IT knowledge. The second round is a face to face interview, with usual question about experience, customer service knowledge ect.

questions about experience, work related situations like, complaining customer, difficult issue, which you resolved etc., short and long term plans, carrier plans.
It was a lengthy interview process, with sveral rounds of interviews, with Human ressources, a team leader and a sales leader as well as other department leads. The interviews and conversations always felt friendly and pleasant.
