Series of phone calls followed by one interview. Only two people involved for entire process. Very tactical questions and most attention on whether you know their manufacturing processes. I don’t have any more insight.

You come, they greet you and you do a small talk about filling out W2 forms and you get to meet the manager you are working with and then watch a short clip about the different jobs
