I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at T4G (Saint John, NB) in Dec 2013
Interview
Phone interview, then skill test and in person meeting. If you have a 3rd meeting with the president of the company you're basically in as long as you don't bomb the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T4G in Apr 2015
Interview
Two interviews in total, both with hiring manager: First interview was a phone screen; second interview was in-person. (Second interview was at one point going to be carried out in a coffee shop before it was (thankfully) rescheduled and moved to a proper office location.) Second interview included Hiring Manager plus team member/peer. Hiring Manager spent a lot of time describing the company and the role.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T4G (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2011
Interview
I had an hour and half interview with HR/Recruitment. It went well, was approximately for an hour and a half. A lot of it was spent explaining the culture and organizational structure of T4G. I felt that it went well. I sent a follow up email thanking him for my time. When I did not hear anything after two weeks, I sent another email to the person who scheduled the appointment plus the interview. No response.
To me, it was very bad form and not very professional at all. Common courtesy would have been appreciated.
