I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TAFS (Olathe, KS) in June 2016
Interview
1st and only interview was with a junior to mid-level HR Representative. Questions were scripted and compiled of your standard interview questions. Nothing to overwhelming. At the end you were given a typing test.
Ultimately, I was advised that I had 'too much management experience' & not enough 'sales experience'. Basically, based on 1st hand knowledge, if the junior HR 'professional' likes you, or you are 'pretty' you will get the 2nd interview. You move forward if you are 'liked' not if you are experienced and qualified.
Very friendly and professional. Took the time to get to know me, ask questions and aid me in my hiring process. They wanted to know my outlook on sales and how I overcome obstacles in my life as well.

Interview
Laid back interview. Mostly just talking about the day to day and what skills are needed to translate into success at TAFS. Did a typing test and a little personality quiz and that was it.
