3. Interview other members (TBD)
Présentation de mes missions puis échange avec le manager sur mes compétences. Echange sur la mission et sur le périmètre du poste. L'entretien a duré une heure et a été positif.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TAG Heuer (Amsterdam) in June 2025
Interview
The process consisted of three stages. First, a phone screening with HR to review my background and salary expectations. Then, a technical video interview with a department manager, where I was asked about Lean methodologies and examples of continuous improvement projects I had implemented. Finally, an on-site interview focused on soft skills and problem-solving abilities. The questions were clear and directly related to the role. Overall, the process was quick and well-organized.
