Interview
They need you more than you need them. After making it seem like a very structured process, someone will resign on them and they will make you an offer. But in reality, they are running out of recruiting sources as people know this place has a bad HR rep.
It was very easy, on zoom. They briefly explained the job and work conditions and asked me about myself. Got an offer a couple days after the interview after they did a background check
The phone call was first, normal screening questions followed, the assessment was more about analysis on a certain topic. Didn't get an interview, but I assume that would have covered more analytical questions.
