TATA ELXSI User Moderator interview questions

I wanted to share some candid feedback about the interview process. During my session, there were three interviewers asking behavioral questions. However, several times while I was speaking, some of them turned their cameras off, muted themselves, or appeared to be smirking. This came across as unprofessional and made the experience uncomfortable. Given that, I don’t believe this would be the type of environment I’d want to work in. I value respectful and engaged communication, especially in an interview setting where professionalism matters greatly.
