TBO.com Operations Manager interview questions

I did not have an interview, but I received an email informing me that they would not be moving forward with my application, as they considered my profile not to be a strong match for the role. However, I am confident that my experience aligns well with the requirements of the position. What I found particularly disappointing is that I was asked to rate my interview experience on Glassdoor, even though I did not actually have an interview, only a written rejection. This felt inconsistent and somewhat misleading.
