TBS Factoring interview questions

Behavioral interview questions in general. Questions on the work environment in detail way. It is open ended question and sort of normal communication that you should lead to any direction. It was not easy as it need making your points crossed and understood.

Easy interview process but took 2 weeks for HR to figure what they were doing in regards to verification processes. They didn't fully disclose their "benefits" package nor did they ask any questions particularly related to the skill set of the job I was interviewing for. They also asked in detail how I felt about the LGBT community...not sure why that mattered.
