I was referred to the position via an employee referral. They emailed me, conducted a phone screening, then scheduled an interview with me. My interview was around 2.5 hours long and I met with 3 team members, one of which being the recruiter. The set up was casual, we talked about the position, I was asked questions about my resume and my future goals.
