Very simple... Was asked to come in via email. Had an interview with the Director and Manager of the studio, and was offered the job shortly afterwards. The interview was relaxed, and was actually enjoyable. I liked the vibe from the Director and Manager. I would say it was the best interview experience I've ever had.
