The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had a good phone screen. She was personable and provided a detailed overview of the organization and the role. The interview process moved quickly and I was kept in the loop with the entire time. In all of our conversations, she was transparent which was appreciated. The interviews with the team members were informative and enjoyable as well. The process was a great experience even though the role was not a fit.
