Very professional, friendly, straightforward, and interesting. Manager makes you feel welcome and comfortable. This was my best and favorite interview experience of all interviews i've had before. The interview reflects the work environment very well.

What was a difficult situation you had to handle in your previous workplace?
Easy go through several people and then meet with hiring manager of the branch you'll be at. As long as you have your answers planned out and sound confident you should be okay
phone interview, a recruiter called me and asked me a few questions, then was referred to hiring manager at the branch I applied for an in-person interview.
