1st call: HR screening, very professional specialist and positive
1nd step: An assignment, basically you had to find potential clients and draft a messaging
3rd step: off-site interview with 2 of the co-founders. At this stage had a negative experience as one of the co-founders was consistently asking personal questions such as what my parents do for living, where do I live, how many family members and what my siblings do.
- I asked about curtain KPIs, they said they have nothing in place yet which was a major red flag
The company requires you to work for a week as a trial period which is unpaid and I believe that's not the best way of evaluating candidates for cultural fit. Maybe they should try to do that during interviews instead of asking personal questions which are very unprofessional for a co-founder
