I spoke with John, he was very nice and seemed very personable. It started with small talk, he asked about my previous experience, and then he told me how the company works. Pretty straightforward and simple.
Spoke with hr,then hiring managers then meet everyone in the company meet trainers get told how much you can make the leave wait weeks for call back then start work

Interview
The Recruiter was pleasant, took personality assessment. Despite being overqualified, informed not a match. My experience reflects a discrepancy between qualifications and the personality assessment outcome.
I learned the compensation is very low.
